At the Five, the rooms are small but brimming with warmth: decked out in flamboyant reds and oranges with four-poster beds, ceilings sparkling with fiber optic starlight and a choice of five ‘fragrances’ (Diptyque) for diffusion. The signature on the design is that of Vincent Bastie, of the Murano fame. Our favorite? Room 603, with its suspended bed.
